Hi,

Thanks for visiting our blog today. Sarapaka is an anagram of Rasapaka –  portmanteau of Rasa (juice in Kannada) and Paka (syrup)!

My friend Mangala and I are recreating the recipes I have learnt over the years, passed down by my mother, mother-in-law, my daughter, my relatives and friends! Most of them are classic recipes and some of them are improvised. Mangala is the one who pens down recipes so beautifully here.
